Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you don't, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return: Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds: Once we approve your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned.
